The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A summary of the information of your order and these general terms and conditions of sale will be sent to you in PDF format via the confirmation email of your order. By accepting these conditions, you agree that your invoice will be made available to you in a dematerialized way in your personal account. These general terms and conditions of sale may be subject to change, it being specified that the applicable conditions will be those in force on the site on the date of placing your order.

3. Availability of articles
Our items are offered within the limits of available stocks.In case of unavailability beyond thirty (30) days of a product ordered and paid, you will be informed by email. The cancellation of the order of this item and its refund will then be made, the rest of your order remaining firm and final. 

4. Delivery
The delivery times indicated are indicative times and correspond to the processing and delivery times to the metropolitan France. Under no circumstances may they be binding. The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. In order to optimize the order, it is recommended to indicate an address at which your order can be received during business hours. In case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment with the customer, the latter will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment, no later than 30 days from the date of your order validation. COCO B éditions cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments by the carrier.
When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the farthest delivery time. However, COCO B éditions reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.

5. Price - Rules
Prices are indicated on our site in Euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs specified in our offers and charged extra. In case of a delivery to a foreign country that is not a member of the European Community, prices are indicated excluding tax and shipping costs specified in our offers and invoiced extra. For any delivery outside metropolitan France, you are considered the importer of the books acquired. Customs or import duties, taxes specific to the destination countries are likely to be required by their tax authorities. These fees and sums are not the responsibility of COCO B éditions, they will be at your expense. For more information, we invite you to directly contact your local authorities. Payment of purchases is made via the PayPal platform. In this respect, none of your banking and financial information is communicated to COCO B éditions during the transaction.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force (Articles L222-7 et seq of the French Consumer Code), you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of fourteen (14) days, you have another period of (14) calendar days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.

8. Compliance
In accordance with the provisions of the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, we will refund or exchange products that appear to be defective or do not correspond to your order. The products must be returned to us in packaging allowing transport in good conditions. The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.It is recalled that within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:
- has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to act against the seller; 
- may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the French Consumer Code; 
- is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 24 months following the delivery of the goods.
